As Belsis, we know that end-user training is an inseparable part of the implementation phase of a successful project. No matter how user-friendly or intuitive software is, even if it is a custom-developed one, training is still essential for an organization to utilize the technology’s full potential in to use.

Training has been proven repeatedly to better enablement of resources to fulfill their responsibilities and successfully adopt new methods to improve how things are done today. Assigning an employee as an in-house trainer, even in the early stages of the project, will definitely decrease the risks of delayed go-live date, lowered effectiveness of the software, and resistance to change or complete abandonment, which are resulting in a reduced return on investment. Belsis offers a complete onboarding experience, by making it a part of the analysis subject to be resolved at the beginning. With years of experience, our project managers know how to design the training and content without falling into common pitfalls.

If you want to develop special products with your own team, training of opensource parts, algorithms, architecture, etc. training can be provided optionally. When it is a special product, the product is already yours. If you do not want to make a support contract, otherwise we can continue to support.
